You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item meets the following conditions:
โ Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
โ Item is returned in original packaging with all accessories
โ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
โ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged on arrival:
- Software, digital products, or license keys
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Products with missing parts or altered serial numbers

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Hastings Computers will cover return shipping
